Lucky Rhythms

This board can be used as a reference for note values or you could create composition assignments using this board as a source.  Instead of the single notes shown in the picture you could use rhythm patterns, pitches, etc...  I would print out the shamrocks, Irish man and pots of gold from your favorite printing program.  (I use Print Shop from Broderbund.)  You could probably purchase some St. Patrick's Day decorations at your local Wal-Mart or party supply store.
