Music on the Web

There are probably several ways to showcase some of the things that the music department has to gain from surfing the web. I created a spider web with white yarn on one of my bulletin boards and printed out spiders from my favorite publishing software, Print Shop that had the names of some great music websites and their addresses. You could add spiders that defined Internet abbreviations like ftp. http, url, and so on.

If you have a computer lab in your school, you may want to see if you can put this bulletin board up in there. It's a good way to promote musical learning AND your department.
