- To Do and Done

For several
years now I've had a bulletin board divided into three
sections: To Do, Next Event, and Done. At the
beginning of the year, I print on separate half sheets of
paper every concert, honor choir, swing choir
performance on the schedule and put it in the "To
Do" section. (I color code when I can, HS, JH, swing
choir or elementary). I put the first event(s) we are working
toward in the "Next Event" section. As we complete
an event, I move the sheets to the "Done" section
and move more over to the "Next Event". My students
are always amazed at how much we've done by the end of the
year.
