Refunds and Replacements
There are no refunds for the
downloads that you purchase from Bulletin Boards for the
Music Classroom. These downloads have been
checked for accuracy and are distributed through a vendor
that assures delivery. In your confirmation email
you'll have a link to download your file incase your
initial download is interrupted. If you are
unable to get a download in that manner and your payment
has been confirmed, I will email you the file directly as
an attachment as my schedule allows. I can not
guarantee that your file will be replaced in any certain
amount of time nor that it will be replaced at all if my
distributor shows the file successfully downloaded.
Make a back-up of your file for your personal use.
Bulletin Boards for the Music Classroom
is not responsible for teaching you how to save, unzip,
open or print your file. If you are not comfortable
or unfamiliar with zipped/compressed folder and/or PDFs DO
NOT DOWNLOAD THESE PRODUCTS. If you are unsure as
how to use these files with your computer or device do not
download these products until you are. As
stated on each page these are digital downloads. You
will recieve no physical product. You must download
your purchases. Download links may be reactivated if needed for up to one year after the purchase date. Extracting Files
Most problems with opening the files
that you download here are related to unzipping or
extracting the zip file. In order to successfully
open the files you will need an unzipping program.
Most newer computers come with a program to open or expand
the files. In Windows you can right click on it and
choose "EXTRACT ALL". Other computers may need to
install a program to do this.

PDF Files
Most of the downloads here contain PDF
files. If you are seeing jumbled text on a PDF, you are
probably not using Adobe Reader to view the file. If you
use another program, the images and text may not show
correctly. You can download a free version of Adobe
Reader at the following link:
Free Download of Adobe Reader. Once you download
Adobe Reader, right-click on the file you want to open.
Choose "Open With" and select Adobe Reader. If you
simply double-click to view the file, a default PDF
program may open the file instead of Adobe Reader.
